In fact I'm not running to be elected as NT Manager, but here to advise you all to vote for either Sleet or Isaiah as our S23/S24 NT Manager as they are the only candidates that are capable of actually bringing success to the USA National Team.

Question for CoachSK. Why are you not up to date in realizing that smallfries changed his name to Isaiah? Have you not paid attention to this debate? If you have not, then I may have to reconsider voting for either Sleet or "smallfries", as they may be supported by an unqualified manager.

Not quite sure what you're talking about, it clearly says Isaiah in my speech...

Hm, must have read that wrong or something. It's not like there's an edit your post feature on this website or anything.

Yeah it's ok, sometimes your eyes misinterpret what it sees, it's all human nature though. And wouldn't that be a neat feature?

I laughed at that one. For the question as to how we would differentiate between U21 and NT, I think it would be to simply take players with the best overall (specifically secondary) skills, 18, and highest potential (at least HOF probably)l. Height would also be important. We would take the best players of the bunch. If no one is worth training, then I guess there would be no people put in the "track" that season.

Imo, the first candidate to support polish sausage and Robert Lewandowski should win, but maybe that's just me...

Question:

What will be used in differentiating a player from being on NT track vs a U21 track? Criteria? Managerial preference? Etc? Combination of all of the above?

This kinda of answered by what I have talked about in previous posts, but Ill do my best to go more in depth here.

First, we have on the offsite, a place where we have already started differentiating players from the NT track and the U21 track. As the NT manager, I will continue do this portion of what we started in the past.

As far as Criteria, I will have a chart posted for everyone to see that will categorize players for each type of tactic. Here is my thinking behind this.....as we continue to talk about go away from the LI team ( even though it wont happen right away) we will obviously need to start telling people what we are looking for for each tactic. Also, what this will do is be able to allow owners of these potentially great players to create a player that can fit into their own offensive scheme. This is what I will put a lot of focus on, to make sure that we keep these great players in the USA( and with their drafted teams) instead of being sold to others.

I will send each and every person an email to get their preferences for their "ideal" player. I will then assign how they want to make their player, into the category of offense and defense that they would fit into. I will then continue making contact with their owners to stay up to date with their teams and not force them into certain trainings.

Now, this plan will be a work in progress and may create still a lot of LI players. However, the goal is to allow owners the opportunity to create a player that can fit their team as well as our NT.

Later when we are allowed to start our own threads, I will showcase my ideas more in depth because I do not want to write a whole bunch on the debate thread because it will lose the attention of the readers in here.
