I'm in Singapore for work currently and forgot to set my lineup (yeah, my default lineup is motion, I think that's a holdover from 10 seasons ago or something). Anyway, it paid off handsomely, even if some of my players got 90+ minutes. Still surprised I won the game though.

I just noticed North Carltons bot team. Shouldn't they have lost all their good players or did they change something where players are kept and GS just drops.

I got bored so spent ~150 points on scouting. Not much talent out there. Well, some intriguing skill sets but not much potential.

Yeah, have always done 10k and haven't really scouted in a few seasons (I may have a couple ago but hadn't for seasons before that either).

I have now pumped it to 40k because my income/savings are so high.

Not only is your income high, you just made about 9 million in sales. Some people just have deep pockets.
