I would say passing, if you get it up to say, prominent, it will make all your other skills train faster than they would if you left it at respectable due to the elastic effect.

Not only hat, but Passing is also quite valuable for a SG in its own right. While it's not as important as for a PG, it will still make him more efficient, as he won't be forced to take bad shots all that often.

Thank you both for the help. I will train passing. Also, because it will not raise his salary as long as his best position is SG.

i have been training JS to get player 2's JS up to respectable and now i will be changing to passing for the rest of the season. hopefully next season i will be drafting a 18y/o PG with 5 ball star and potential rating which if i do draft him i will be traing OD for most of that season.

that's the thing... I'm wondering if I'd be better off selling him and getting a stronger trainee instead.

Does he look behind for a 19 year old?
