Were you seeing a difference in the way your team spread shots around when you ran Patient instead of Base?

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

After consideration, I've concluded the offense isn't entirely useless, but I still think it's a weak option relative to other offenses.

This is a reasonable conclusion. Any offense can be effective in the right matchup.

Here's the one and only time I tried one of those Box and ones, back at the beginning of S15. (spoiler: it didnt work too well) (29560229)

As I look back though, I have to admit it might have been the way my team was constructed at the time. I didn't have a single lockdown OD player, I just relied on having everyone be relatively adept. Perhaps the Box and ones maximize their effectiveness when you have a single great defender who can isolate himself against the great offensive player on the opposing team?

I honestly don't understand this offense at all. I mean I do but I don't.

The offense gives huge boosts to inside shot but the offense rarely goes inside. It's all jump shots. Is it broken? I don't get it. Why the IS boosts in the match ratings but all it does is chuck up jumpers?

Thank you for this. Watching some of your games I can reasonably think that the primary objective for the offense is to get a layup.

That would explain a lot. That said, I'm just not sure what exactly goes on when that doesn't happen though.
