That boy got game. If he wasnt so unselfish in the u21s he could put some serious numbers up.

You might play them at a good time, expecting them to throw everything at us tonight.

My hard drive died last night watching the game vs Iran. I'll try and do MBPs from my phone until my computer is fixed. It was a great win, highlight for me was a one handed half court heave from Barrett at half time.

In 24hrs the u21s suit up for an important match with Taiwan. Join us in our quest for the elusive world cup.

It's also that time where next seasons players are being scouted. If you have a 20yr old Aussie that you think could help us, please bbmail me his skills.

Go Aussies

Aussies book Asian cup Semi, defeat Taiwan 97-91.

Firstly, apologies for the late write up, I was on holidays and returned to reception this arvo.

Taiwan needed to register a win here, and threw the kitchen sink at us. A CT, a GDP, and their go to offensive and defensive tactics. With a semi final for the Asian cup up for grabs, it was an important game to win. Without viewing the game yet, I'd say the game has gone the the last few plays. The Aussies failed to close the game out at the free throw line.

MVPs
3- TP. 17 pts and 10 assists, he was involved in so many of our offensive plays
2- No Ulcers. From the bench, 14pts with 3 3pters. Closing the opponents SGs down was a big factor.
1- Munro. 13 boards and 8 Rebs. More importantly, he held a key player to 6-15, fouling him out, and dropping the fts with 7-8 in a game where the rest of the team struggled.
