Am I right in being frustrated at how crappy he looks at age of 19 and season 16 almost ending?

He's had 22 pops since I drafted him

that's the thing... I'm wondering if I'd be better off selling him and getting a stronger trainee instead.

Does he look behind for a 19 year old?

Hi guys,
I'm thinking about triple marvelous and then training him a season in driving/jumpshot..
He still pops at a decent rate, he's also part of the National U21 team so i have high hopes for him when he hits 23 or 24..
any guidance? i'm thinking maybe training him in DR, because with the subskills developing at a much higher rate its more beneficial than to only train jumpshot.
What do you think?
(I've had him since the draft, it's been 4 seasons since i started training him, he'd be a much better player but i focused on my other NT Center and he got left behind for the rookie season)

i believe with his potential, he will stop soon to develop which might be a reason to train driving or Jumpshot now ... BUT he is also U21 player, and you care about it so i would consider the succes of the NT to, and maybe continue with ID and Reb training for the needs of U21(is the U21 still in the tournamend- else you could maybe go back to my first advice)

I don't think he could make the senior team.

personally I'd go for some secondaries... since he's still 21. keep his salary manageable. Too many IS/ID/RB clones already... why not make the most of this dude... he does have a nice skill set for his age.
