i believe with his potential, he will stop soon to develop which might be a reason to train driving or Jumpshot now ... BUT he is also U21 player, and you care about it so i would consider the succes of the NT to, and maybe continue with ID and Reb training for the needs of U21(is the U21 still in the tournamend- else you could maybe go back to my first advice)

I don't think he could make the senior team.

personally I'd go for some secondaries... since he's still 21. keep his salary manageable. Too many IS/ID/RB clones already... why not make the most of this dude... he does have a nice skill set for his age.

if i remember correctly, the salary cap for his potential is about 95-140k. i agree, that's quite close. if you consider it could be @ 95k then its one more year of training and his learning phase is over.

but if i could keep the salary down then again it would be a good idea to train secondaries.. i dont know. if you look at the big picture, then in the future i'm probably going to sell him anyway.. here comes my next question: when is the right time to stop training him and start thinking about selling?

i think the right time is to wait until my other 3 trainees have pretty much caught up with my league's level and then let him go. then the teams roster wont take as hard as a blow per say i'd sell him right now.

i dunno. help me out :D confused

personally i experienced sower trining for much lower salarys then in the list, and the salary got also reduced after it. I got an 60k guard who was vclearly capped with perenial allstar, who now earns 55k.

Centers usually get a bit more salary before you notice it. but not that much.

my thoughts indeed abt this dude...

He started with awful OD and PS. -__-

Never. Ever. Again. Will i train anyone from those starting stats. EVER. I guess its jus mostly frustration.

But yea. I kept him because he was my draft basically. Now I'm starting to regret it! lmao.

If your ultimate goal is to sell him, secondaries may raise his price more imho.

Like I said, theres tons of ID/IS/RB Marvelous clones on the market. None of them fetching very much.

Its the ones with nice secondaries people even bother taking a second look at nowadays.

Just my opinion tho

thanks, guys, for the comments.

im probably still going to make him an triple marvelous clone and try to sell him at a fair price. i am going to wait until my other two 20 year old trainees catch up with him skillwise and then sell him + my 18yo trainee who just isnt developing like i would wanted him to.

the money from the sales + some ive collected will eventually be the capital to buy 2 18yo trainees with high potential and nice secondaries. from then on ive established a quite good training routine which concludes in selling the trainees and starting a new building cycle.

Jump Shot. At least an entire season. Afterwards, JR or Passing might be interesting, depending on your plans for him (PG or SG)
