I am intresting in the selection, because of this, we want to make a change in the NT.
Scotland have a good team, but we have to know what to do with it.
best wishes

Dude, here I am! Just wondering, why are you interested in the Scotland team?

I feel like we're still playing above ourselves tbh.

Whats happend to the scotish teams? The U21 is even behind Moldova at the 7th place of a 8-teams-group! Never heard something from the coach, no scrimmage this week... yeah, but it's a scotish manager, you're right!

Calum did a good job at the beginning, unfortunatly the seniors lost the most important game in the season against Ukraine; cause with this draw they really had the chance for coming into the POs (Top32).

I think, if you wanna have good NTs, you need managers who are active and active community, too. Hope you'll find that soon!

Well...it's cristal clear our U-21 NT Manager doesn't care at all about our U-21 Scottish Team.
I gave him a few tips with no answer. Remember he is in the english championship...so who knows if he is scottish or not...beside the coach as you said must be active...no discussion about that. I just regret we have so few managers caring about voting and so many fake teams. I'd prefer to have a Scottish manager anyway but first of all he has to be active and having a plan in the long run to improve our NT. I just think we are losing two season with no improvements...I also have some doubts about the past election but I keep it for myself...let's hope we won't have these kinds of people running for next election.

I don't care if the manager is Scottish, English, Armenian or Martian... as long as they care about the job and put the required hours and effort in then it really doesnt bother me.

I also have some doubts about the past election but I keep it for myself...let's hope we won't have these kinds of people running for next election.

Seconded... and seconded.

I'm loving that the community has become so much more active since the last election (when only Dog voted). It's true that I wasn't involved with the community for a while. Moving to London and starting a new job had to come first, but i did all the relevant scouting and set the tactics as i saw fit. Unfortunatly, we needed a bit of luck - we lost to the teams we're ranked lower than and beat the ones below us (although we did beat a couple of teams above us!)

For the next election, im looking forward to seeing the candiates but honestly, if i think i can do a better job then them all, then i'll run again (unlikely i know).

Tough last game, but i feel we did OK overall. Had no new good youth in 2 seasons though.

I think our critic was more "against" that was happend to the U21 and their "coach" than what was with the senior team. -- but I would f.ex. like to know, where are the voters/electors who supported Rick? can we discuss together here or is just a community of 4 users?

Yep, that's my thinking.

Well, we didn't hear from Rick's supporters much during the election (in fact not at all) so I doubt they are going to suddenly appear here now. I actually wonder if they still play the game or if they were only here to vote for their mate...

The simple answer is if the small number of Scottish voters unite behind one serious candidate then what happened last election would be less likely to happen again. Seems like a shame though as we had several very capable candidates last time who were all very keen to get the job (as could be seen by the time they took to answer questions...).

Hmm. :/
