I don't terribly mind him leaving.

I am concerned, however, with the nearly $7 million you have to replace them.

It's hard to spend, believe it or not. I got 3.4 for Hess, and I'm supposed to replace him with a 2.5 player that is 2 seasons away from matching Hess's skills? The market is wack right now!

I'm in total agreement with this change too. I think that it really skewed and screwed up the TL...

It also removed a LOT of money from the game, which hurt everyone in the long run. I think we're only starting to see a recovery taking place, and with the injection of better TV and merch income, prices likely won't go down anytime soon.
