Thanks for all to be candidate to ours elections...
I got few questions for both of you...
How you are going to develop our country? how you are going to help new manager to understand training plans... and sacrifices to national team?
How you are to select players?
what's your plans for next two seasons?
first and for all. hello all.
i got a player on the U21 team from Lubnan. ask your previous U21 coach, he'll vouch for me ( and Saicos, acoach of the first Lubnan league can confirm that i am serious when it comes to training players for U21 teams!). currently, i am hoping that i can become the coach of Luxembourg U21. in case this would fail, i wouldn't mind helping the U21 Lubnan coach since i am already training a player for him
(advise should be a right for everyone, not a prevelidge). i have been following some devellopments and can acces easely to all manuals that are needed to train specific players. everyone has another vue and a different aproche. espeically for a Good SF you need to follow the development fast. if the U21 coach would require my help, i'll be happy to lend him a helping hand (same goes from any Lubnan coach that would require some help)
i am in the 3rd div in Belgium, but that is the best place to train 18 and 19 year olds before their Salary shoots through the roof...
so if any questions, just send a mail once the election is over. as long as the election is going, i would say: post it here, i'll check it from time to time and if their are major mistakes, i'll post here. that way, you'll be able to judge who is the best U21 coach of all the candidates.
as for the
how are you going to select players:
most U21 coachs have a staff that keeps an excel sheet with all the progress of a player. and the best players at that moment are selected. so 18 year olds in a U21 team are rare. normally, it will consist of 20 and 21 year olds, since they have already been trained and have the best set of skills...
this is how it normally is done, and it is the best way to do it! what's your plans for next two seasons?a normal plan in your situation should be to get some players trained. cause you hardly get a good player for your Lubnan NT team. if the coach has no good players, then ofcourse he can deliver good results... so the most logic plan would be to get the talented players a trainer and to oversee their trainings. the results shouldn't be taken in to account at this stage. ofcourse, nobody likes to see their U21 team lose, but if you haven't got any decent players, then their is no way you will have a chance to win the game... so to all candidates: those who are promissing better results, you are basically
misleading to your voters, since it is hardly possible without better players... and those players still need to be trained ( and that goes for my Lubnan U21 PF too!)
regards and hope you find a good candidate. and may the best candidate win here
Rev
ps: i am NOT a candidate for Lubnan U21, yet i felt it necessairy to answer this, so that you could make a better choice ( remeber, their are NO belgium candidates, so this post doesn't help anyone really)
