Haha, I would love all this to, but I think if someone wants that, you'd have to buy a manager-game in a store somewhere, we have to remember that it's a internet game, mostly for players who can't spend hours a day playing it.
So simplicity is important,
But if you desgined a complex game, give me a call ;)
