Is it harder to maintain GS as you rise in League level?

Sitting here in V, I have 12 of 13 players at 8 or 9, including one who has only 1 min this week.

I don't see how what league your in has any effect. 12 or 13 i think is too many to control ive only been playing 10 or 11 and its much easier to get them the right minutes to maintain strong and proficient game shape. This general plan usally gets me about the right minutes:

Game 1:Best starting 5, 5 Backups
Game 2:Best starting 5, 5 Backups
Game 3: The backups from the first 2 games start and possibly play the full game depending on how mnay minutes have been played so far.

My trainees are on a slighty different plan then that. You can do anything in the scrimmage though if u think your Centre needs a few more minutes u could have him as your backup PG in the scrimmage. You should be able to get most of your players between 48-70 minutes doing this.

how do you train efficientely that way? you're letting your starters get ~70-80 minutes, which means 22-32minutes - who could have gone to another trainee.

If u notice i said my trainees are on a different training pattern. What i gave was a general guide that can work for non training positions people can obviously adjust the positions where they want to get trainees there minutes.

i know what you mean, my trainee's also only play 46-50 minutes, but since my all time great kind of needs to pull my team, i let him play off position to do some scoring and to get him into the 58-65 minutes range.

Sorry guys, another stoopid question. Do Private League Games contribute these minutes to game shape?

No. Minutes played at PL don´t count for GS, training, etc. And your players can be injured at a PL match but after these matches they´ll be ok again.

Heya

I would really like to have an official statement soon.

Timo Heigel (4785535) has played EXACTLY an average of 60 minuntes over the last 8 weeks. (I did the calculations).

The last couple of weeks he played 61 mins, 50mins (all star week), 59mins, 59mins, 57mins, 60mins, 76mins (hard cup game), 58mins. -> Average of 60 mins, like i said.

And his Gameshape has been jumping between 8 and 7. He's not reached 9 this season and has even dropped twice to 7 from 8 after recieving "optimal" minutes.

Timo Heigel is an important player for our national team and we need every player to be in a good shape. So this whole situation is really really getting frustrating. Italy cried when their Turbanato had to play 90mins every week, but hey he was still in a good shape. But here we're speaking about 8 weeks of important NT player not getting into shape although he is recieving optimal minutes. If this randomness doesn't kind of flatten out a bit, it would be a real shame for Buzzerbeater. I truely hate games with a big Luck factor and i am sure i am not the only one.
