How skilled is your trainer (what level)? And how young are your players? That is pretty impressive that you have had 4 pops in 5 weeks.

i think this is quite normal, if i understand him right and he also include the secondary ups like JS; DR and HN.

Oh I thought he meant that he had 4 pops in Jump Range in 5 weeks for each of his players. How many out of those 4 pops then for each player was for Jump Range?

Good to know, thank you.

Would you suggest quick pops doing single position JR training...... or Wingman JS?

I know I need to use both but I am wondering what do you think would get more pop ups faster?

For Jump Shot is it better to use Guards, Forwards, or Wingman as the training position? I plan on training SFs but I wanted to know if there is an added benefit for training them at Wingman instead of Forwards. According to the training analysis thread training Wingman has the added benefit of also slowly training DR,H, and IS. Is this true? If so, then I would train them at the Wingman position since it trains more secondary skills. Let me know what you think.

Guards:
Trains JS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JR @ 7-8 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks

Forwards:
Trains JS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JR @ 7-8 weeks
Trains IS @ 7-8 weeks

Wingmen:
Trains JS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JR @ 7-8 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks
Trians IS @ 7-8 weeks

So wingman doesnt work as well as it would seem from the training analysis? Can you give me an estimation of how many weeks you trained it and the kind of pops you received?
