In the US, we don't often use a letter grade of E. So it usually goes A, B, C, D, F.

It only makes sense if A,B,C,D were short for something as well...

@ GM-badlarry, I'm not saying it's stupid/wrong, it's just confusing to non-US residents that don't use that system. We just use the 1-10 system here. ;)
