It was clearly a joke and it has been already deleted, as you can see.
I think it's not the case to make yourself as a victim of bad bad bad italian people, and by the way, you misunderstand one post (I repeat, I'm not the author of this post, but it's clear that it was a joke) and is it enough to appeal to "all italian managers and GMs"?

BTW, about what BB-Edju suggested, I'm not so "optimistic" about how we can handle an external forum without generate complaints about "he posted 100times more than me" "my ads have no visibility because traders post 100 players in a row" and so on.
And I think it's not a good idea to create something completely out of control, it would be surely helpful to step back to the previous 2 thread (Scrimmage Ads and Transfer Ads) and if we find out that it's a so heavy work to do, then hire 10 or 20 MODs from all over the world. It's our duty to handle the forum as better as we can.
Just my 2 cents.

I am thinking of a routine which only lets you post one ad on each category.. once a week. ;-)

Should be time based like the transfers are right now, so after 168 (or less) hours it runs out automatically. Still it would have the nice forum look where you could read one by one or newest first ...

Transfer ads could be forced to contain player ID etc. Best of both worlds at last.

I'm not sure if this is possible for a forum at all .. just brainstorming. ;)

This thread is for trying to find a solution which can make all BBs community happier than now.
If you have personal matters with Italian community about a thread you can write in it or you can use BB Mails to me, or to other Italian GMs you mentioned above.

What about dividing transfer thread into different threads according to players' age and salary? I consider these are the most popular things when one's looking through the TL..

We are the ones who wanna play, always wanna go but we never wanna stay

I get it. Everyone who mention LT mods in theme - "Nuovi BB" was kidding too?

I said only the truth, i receive arrogant BBmails without reason.

Our forum works well, there isn't spam, everyone can say his opinion and the comunity grows day by day.. the threads closed didn't respect the rules, but is it a real problem? Why do you want to change something that works in a better way than the useless system? Expecially if you consider that Italy + Spain = 1/5 all BB (cit.)

I see bigger problems in global forum sir..

I think it's not a good idea. it will become a crappy thread in 3-4 seconds.
I remember the old threads in global: they were useless and with many deleted message.
but in the single community the "tons" of message deleted in that threads are almost zero (or at least a very small number).
I propose that solution:
1- let the threads in the single community. the old rules were good, few moderating work for the staff.
2a- simply don't create the same threads in global (no modereting work)
2b- create in global 2 auto-generating (users can not write on it) threads with the ads from the new sistem (no moderating work). I admit I have no idea about how to implement it. but I think you can do that.
what do you think?

Well, we can guarantee it only for Italian Threads, I don't know how it works in other countries.
I tend to assume that people, who are unable to respect the very few rules that we have in the game about Forums and moderation, do the same in their own country. It would be surely great if only one warning would be enough to stop all bad behaviours, but in many cases it is not enough
I don't think that BB-Charles one day woke himself up in the morning and without reasons decided to delete those threads creating a new advertising system.
