For me, at least, and I think for others, local time would be optimal, but server time would be acceptable. Whichever is easier (and quicker) to put into effect.

I'd love local time, I think it would be great. But I also have the ability to add and subtract in my head, so if server time works better/faster/easier for you guys, so be it!

Server time is always going to be easier .. but I'm looking at getting local time for all ..
if it doesn't work out then we'll revert back to server time

I'd prefer local time, but only if EVERYthing (game times, updates, transfer list, transferring player pages, etc) used it. By far the biggest problem right now is having some local, some GMT, some CET, some unlabeled, etc. If it's not possible to make everything local, it's really not that hard to adjust from some standard.

Local would be nicer but as mentioned not if it is dodgy.

What he said. It makes no sense to me for some things to be local time and some things to be CET.

Can't you just let each user choose their timezone and then add/subtract the hours from CET?
