Presentation :
My name is Sebastien, I will be 23 soon. I will follow my last year of study of engineering school in électronic and electricity field.
My leisure time, I share between my basketball teamwhere I’m vice-president, my girlfriend, my friends et Buzzerbeater, who is the best sport management game.
My experience on BB :
On Buzzerbeater , I manage Deauville’s Team in ligue IV.60. I’m arrived on this game at the end of the season 8. Jescaped at relegation my firts year and after I always participated at Playoff.
- Season 9, eliminated in semi-final of PO
- Season 10, eliminated at 1st lap
- Season 11, eliminated at 1st lap
- Season 12, eliminitad in final of PO for 3 small points …
Now I think to have much experience in this game for, after have formated a young player who is evoluated in –U21, raise a new challenge, become a manager of national team.
Why Luxembourg ?
I choosed this country because you speak English and French and I think Luxembourg needs a motivate person to give an impulse. In fact, in ranking, Luxembours is 93rd to 98, and it’s the worst european team.
Objective :
Objective will be to make a point on all Luxembourg players to can make the best et win each places for never to be the last european team. For this, Euro competition will be a good competition and i twill win more games while being realist. After this competition il will make a point and work more for prepare the next competition for the futur manager, because I think Luxembourg will not qualifiate for the World cup … even if I would like.
Staff :
I think it’s necessary to have personns in Luxembourg staff. For this, I will start a call, in priority, for Luxembourg if you are interested. In fact, I think to have a staff can to allocate tasks, so have less works et in consequence to better treat them. Finally, a staff is rewarding for manager, players et for the Nation. If Luxembourg is not interrested by this post, I have Buzzerbeater friends, with many experience to give me conseils ans integrate my staff.
Roster and Tactics :
It will be a big work on recensement of players, to keep better players and after judge our strengths and weaknesses. For this task I expect you, luxembour friends, to ask our BBmails and to give us information we need for have all informations to have the better team and succeed our objectives.
Communication :
For several seasons I’m on the game and I always been a persson very active in the forum on my ligue, it’s very interessant and rewarding. Consequently, there will have a public debriefing after all matches on the national forum, and a debriefing with staff on tactics aspects. I wish you follow our advice about training players to progress your players. If I see that you don’t train this players, I will choose an another who will have a brillant future.
