Yeah Spaz, wanna contribute =P ?

Thanks for you interest. I'll "drop" you a PM as soon as possible. But if you have some suggestions, some points of views you wanna drop here you're free (we're always free anyways ^^). It may be a method to attract more people, who knows ?

I had thought about this idea. But I consider it playing gambling. Indeed, who can tell what region will appreciate the idea of magazine more than an another ? Maybe if I focus on the European continent, I'll meet more success than in Asia ... or not ! That's the reason why I wanna go global. The best thing that can happen is to have a consultant/expert in each countries. Or at first, in the main countries. But once enough people express their desire to contribute to the project, we'll think about it =P.

I can help too,I have too much free time so I could contibute in a section ;)

Thanks for your interest ! A section ? I've thought of a flat plan but I would like to discuss it with the "staff" (if staff there will be =P).
The thing is that I'm searching for everything and anything at the same time. As we are at the root of the project, I'm especially waiting for propositions. Who knows you better than you, excepted you ? In what subject do you think you'll fit the best ? NTs ? BBs ? Game Engine ? Analyzing matches ? There's so many subjects on BB that we've got lot to talk about !

I meant that I can help but in a small part,an interview,a game analysis,anything..The game analysis is intriguing and unless you find someone better suited for it,I would be gladly to do this

Ok ! I accept any kind of help ;). But what do you mean by small part ? Would you be able to write at least one article per month ?

I could write an article per week if you want ;)
But writing is all I can offer,no designing skills or imagination to think of new projects

One a week ? LOL ! That would be awesome for sure ;). But I prefer quality than quantity, and globally people kind of think the same way if you see what I mean ^^.
If you really accept joining the project than you can write as much as you wish. But only "the most accomplished" papers will be published. Of course the decision to designate "accomplished papers" will be taken as a team. 'Cause even though this project is set up to distract readers ... it is made to enrich the contributors =).

By the way, do you know some designers that might be interested in the project ? Because design will have an important role to play on our potential "success".

Hi there, nice iniciative.

By the way we started an iniciative of this stile 4 weeks ago for all spanish nations on BB, we call it "The other face of BB" (its in spanish but we have an update all fridays, where we have interviews to diferent managers of all spanish talking nations in game.

Its kinda interactive cose we try to have the participation of all spanish talking communities on it.Also we have a section were we have columnists that each week write an update of their Nation.

We are thinking in translate it to english too so we can integrate all nations in game, and not only spanish talking ones.

PS: We made over 1700 visits only of BB users, cose the only difussion it has inside BB forums.

My oh my ! I visited your link and I have to say that your "initiative" is a success. Like I said on my first post, I don't want to do what others are doing better ;). But I would like to build up a PDF magazine. And not a website like you guys. Maybe if we meet success, maybe if the readers want us to diversify ourselves, maybe if ... There are so many "Maybe if" that I prefer concentrating on building a magazine before thinking of new orientations to take in the future.
Are you interested in joining ? You can publish your articles on "The other face of BB" and on the PDF magazine addressed to all English speaking members ;) !

Thx for the invitation...

Right now we have for next friday update a hard work:

- Improve visual stetic of the web.
- Add and Remove some sections.
- And maybe just maybe if we have enough time make it global (this is a dream for us but we are working hard on it) make it global means that when you enter you can go to spanish or english way.


For your iniciative, i think is great i saw it in other games and it works, the PDF magazine is allways a succes, but is hard to acomplish too because if you do the most part of the work alone it kills ya, and if you have workers with you that dont "assume" the right responsability its hard also (happens to me sometimes).

I think you have to first see what you need, and then speak about time of publishing:

- Need People to make the articles
- At least a little brief of every nation iniside the game
- A GOOD interview per publishing.
- Nice stetic design.

As you see this are just some tips, obviuslly it needs more...

Right now i cant participate directlly because im 100% on the website, but sure if you need help or advices about the stetic design or something about the way of publishing it, just send me a BB mail.
