I didn't get what you meant by 10 5 8 - 5 9 5.

His OD needs a lot of work - will he bring down the team's OD too much if its around 5-6 levels below the guards? I'll get the driving to 8 and JS to 8-9 by the end of the season but what about passing and JR? He's currently got average passing and range.

Since my PF's OD is way below what you recommend I'm going to make him defend at center - my center's got slightly better OD. How low an OD can a center at my level get away with?

lol he can pretty much play anywhere :P
that's more like an ideal inside oriented SF to me.

haha he can play anywhere, but he would be very good as a PF. :P
If he was an inside oriented SF his outside defence should still be a bit higher

Guys I am training PF's and you are talking impossible skills unless you get 200cm SF with all skills almost at respectable. OD is very hard to train for PF. For example mine has 3 at OD. It would take him 2 seasons to get to 8-9. DR, PS, HN, JS are all possible to do, but not OD and JR

The power forward I listed I would expect to take 8 seasons of training. So basically train every week 48 minutes until the player is 26. And with a level 5 with fitness specialty.
