then we could consider that evidence that IS effects layups more than DR.


why would you want to do that? im counting. its 4th thread about driving and inside shot. there's clear evidence that GM-kozlodoev said truth. still theres guessing and guessing all over the place.

well... I have a player who have tremendous driving but pitiful IS and he always misses layups....

and I have a player with respectable Driving but mediorce IS... but when He get layups, its automatic.

so my hypothesis is:

driving increases the chance for inside shots (layups, dunks etc. for guard)
IS determine how well they finish those chances...

btw have anyone seen a guard dunk for finish after slashing to the paint? I have a theory that it has something to do with inside shots.

IS = ability to finish at the rim, (as the player become more adept, he learns to dunk?)

about two months ago the Mogul told me that every player can dunk and thier DR/IS effects how often :). I asked him that when i was new I was shocked when my 5'9 Point guard dunked I was like :0. it wasnt in bbmail but during a game :)

Amen to that.

That's why those mono-skilled guards with wondrous DR and atrocious IS usually have pathetic FG%.
