I think that you should not train OD in a 2 pos training coz OD skill is real slow to pop and training 2 pos will take bout 4 weeks to pop in OD once(these are for rookie trainees)....
when iwant to train 2 positions i go for JS coz that training dosent give us the benefit of single pos training....for the rest of the training i stick to single pos training...
Really, how many times have you done 2 pos OD, and with what level trainer? Because I've trained 5 guys this year, 2 x 18, 2x 19 and 1 x 20 year old, ranging from 5'10" to 6'5" inches tall (level 4 trainer). Every single one of those guys have popped in OD at a rate of once every three training weeks.
But doing a training that can only be done in 2 position, like JS or 1on1 or rebounding, is a fine way to go.
