IMHO 3-2 will put enough pressure on the guards to capitalize on a weak offensive flow and it's also good against outside shooting.
3-2 would be my choice.
BTW, that game you linked went into OT. Ratings can become greatly exaggerated in OT games. Don't take the ratings in that game too seriously (and don't take team ratings in general too seriously).

I would play FCP vs Motion, but not vs. R'n'G. 1-3-1 is a better risk. R'n'G teams often take shots when the bigs are still running up the floor, so chances of offensive rebounds are smaller.
1-3-1 guarantees all his shots are well contested.
Do you really wanna piss him off play LP as well :)

3-2 could work. 1-3-1 is also a great option(maybe even a better option) but remember with 1-3-1 your PF needs to have good OD.

Just run man to man. I know 3-2 is better against an outside offense but you won the last 2 games with suns while he put more effort.

Man.
3-2 is a dangerous option if his team is good at rebounding.

Uh nevermind. He actually has no big men whatsoever.
I'd recommend 1-3-1 to be honest. He has nothing but guards + a run and gun, awful rebounding and awful offensive flow.
1-3-1 can't hurt you here like it would normally.
Also, I'd play Playoff Normal because his team is scrubby.
