If you're making a PF, I'd say OD to 9, PA to 7-8, JR to 3-4 (maybe 6-7 eventually), JS to 10 (eventually), then focus on inside skills.

You might want to spend more time than that on OD, since your other guy is really weak there, for a SF.

I think this guy could be made into a very nice PF. Obviously he starts out a little bit behind, since he spawned as a 19 year old, but you still have a chance to make a very strong guy, either for your team or to sell at a profit down the line. Since your other potential trainee is also a PF, you shouldn't have any problem fitting him into a regimen.

I'd suggest training his guard skills while he is young, since they will train faster than when he is older. Also, they'll have less effect on his salary, and he won't be a burden on you while you are trying to promote to a higher league. Similar to the player in the OP, but more ambitious, I'd take his OD to 10-11, JR to 5-6, PA to 8, and JS to 12+ (eventually). After that I'd move to inside skills and 1v1. Rotating IS, ID and RB until I was just about done training him (3 seasons?) and finishing him off with a season of 1v1 for Forwards. At that point you'd have a 24 year old MVP PF with outstanding secondaries.

ID is far enough behind that I'd suggest focusing on that until it's in the sme range as IS and RB. Passing needs 2-4 pops over the life of his training. DR/HA needs serious work. I'd say ID all season, except for short weeks, for which I would suggest 1v1 Forwards. With as much catching up as there is to do on ID, you might have to choose one of IS/IS/RB to focus less on (RB would be my suggestion), but only a little. Maybe leave it 2-3 pops behind the other 2. A little more JS and OD would be nice at some point.

With that 18 year old 6'6" guy I would seriously smash his OD up for the next 8 weeks and hopefully you will get it to sensational. Then if you do JR there shuld be a massive elastic effect and hopefully over the last 6 weeks of the season you could 4 JR pops. That is only 9 pops for the season, quite achievable and will leave you with a brilliant player who can become a teriffic SF or PF depending on what you want to work on next.
