2. Community involvement and project organizing ability. Continued.....
But as the NT coach, and the person guiding this mission, he was in a position to encourage things like this, and motivate, because he was the guiding force behind the plan. Jfarb has had much assistance and help behind the scenes in building the community, but in the end, it was his word, and his actions that helped grow this community to where it is. And it’s not just the community of people participating on the offsite forum, or people taking an interest and caring about our National Team. It’s his ability and determination to get owners of US players to train them a certain way, to build power house players, and not let them go to less capable individuals. My point to all of this is not to keep touting Jfarb, but to tie this into the very things I do already. Now, for perspective, clearly the things I do in the community are not near as beneficial as guiding and directing people to build players that are going to bring home the Gold.
But understand, I have spent a lot of time, answering and sending BB-mails for various things. I built a Federation that has 105 people. Now, in truth, the Federation has largely grown on its own, but it’s been able to do that because of my initial efforts in laying the foundation. I just put together a Private League Network. To start, we have 60 teams in 6 different leagues! This was not easy to do! It took over a month to get make this happen. It required getting many who were anxious to join an available private league to wait weeks, even over a month for this one to start. It took building and assigning the leagues, and then delegating the responsibility to various team owners to create the leagues and set them up, and to be able to synchronize them together. My point is, I already know how to, and am prepared to do what it takes to motivate people to join this NT community, to help us build the best players in the world!
I was a Stock Broker for 6 years. I helped my clients buy investments in other companies. But I didn’t choose just any stock on the stock exchange. I actually took the time to contact CEO’s and CFO’s of these corporations and developed relationships with them. I was able to convince to fly to Phoenix and visit our office. I was able to convince them to value me as a guy that could build interest in their company and stock! That experience has helped me to become someone who knows how to bring people together for common interests. That experience has taught me how to motivate others to do things that can be beneficial for everyone involved, even if it requires extra effort, or sacrifice on the front end.
I am more prepared, and more determined than anyone else in this election to do just that! I am the one guy in this election who has the ability, to establish goals and projects and turn them into plans of action. Additionally, the network of people I have already developed relationships with, and even friendships with that include some of the best owners in this game, put me in a position to get some of the brightest minds in the USA to join our team and to help build the kind of players we need to be the best in the world!
