Your player is no good mate. Sell and find a better starting prospect. Minimum 'average' for Handling, Passing and OD. Preferably respectables for all three. You'll be wasting training trying to catch him up.

Sacrifice shooting if neccesary. I'd rather an awesome defending and passing PG who can't shoot than an all rounder. It will improve the rest of your team immensely.

Kosmiko, are you chasing me? :D

No no no ... He's yet a bad player ... 11 with defense and 9 in pass will improve his team.

Something like this ...

10-7
11-8
10-9

How he needs a PG right now, if you don't saw what he said, in a low divison that he will be a good PG.

But everyone wants a "monster", so that type of training is for V division.

He have to improve first the JR , than can train 1x1 or Jump Shot for Forwards, passing and finally de OD training.

note:
The skills i said it was for a normal player not the player in this case.

This is a PG I have. He is not that that special, but he is an above average pg in my league. If I could add 4 pops, that would put him over are about 15k salary, I would add 2 to handeiling, and 2 to passing. Also, if you PG has low scoring, he is not very valuable. This is the minimum I would take for scoring in a pg.

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: prominent
Driving: average Passing: prolific
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: proficient

Experience: sensational

Here's my pg who continues to serve me in D.III, while I wish he had a few more skills inside that just didn't work with my main trainees. If I could redo him I'd probably add a passing pop, while dropping one OD. He took me about 2 seasons to make as my #2 trainee, so not really a huge commitment.

Well in my opinion a TRUE PG would differ from team to team depending on what you already have and what you would need from your PG. For example, I need a PG that can simply Pass and defend. A lot of people however you'd like a D-Will type PG that can do it all.

seems that this is the right place to have some tips bout my player whom i am training for PG...
here are his skills...

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: strong
Driving: average Passing: average
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: average ↑
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: inept

Experience: atrocious

till the last week i was training him for OD but this week I had to shift him to 2 pos training of passing so as to have a chance at the league games...since the next week is an ASW so i will stick to 2 pos pass training(i know that 2 pos will slow down the speed but i have 2 more trainees)...thjen io would train him for 1 more pop in OD followed by pass till prolific....
any suggestions????
