For me, it looks quite absurd that swedish users are able to elect six times in a row you as U21 manager even if you have absolutelly no results. And last 2 season result was probably the worse for whole your 10 seasons at U21.
And also is strange that you can't understand effort deals as tactical part of the game. Especially for smaller and medium size countries it is very important to handle enthusiasm well for battles against stronger or bigger countries. Our U21 manager didn't ask you for TIE-TIE deal, he asked you if you are interested in any deal (if I work with right facts). So you could answer you are interested in deal your normal vs. czech TIE. As long as you don't accept the fact deals are part of the game you will probably still end European championship with maximum of 3 wins long way behing possibility of qualify for next stage.
But maybe no one else is interested to be U21 manager of Sweden, who knows.

Why are you crying about this in the Swedish forum?
Deals are not fun for anyone.

As you consider it like a crying you didn't understand me at all. In general, as many as not so skillful U21/NT manager, better for us and bigger chance for success.

Detta är första gången där vi faktiskt hade haft en liten chans att vinna matchen med TIE vs. TIE. Tidigare gånger har jag blivit erbjuden av lag som varit så mycket bättre att de rentav kunnat vinna med Crunch mot TIE så detta var ju något mindre bedrövligt.

I think it is awful with TIE deals and I won't change my opinion on that. We have discussed this in our community and none in our community have said that they like TIE deals.

The statement I did send to your country fellow is something I have posted before on this forum before U21 matches so it is absolutely nothing I try to hide for Swedish users.

You obviously think that you made a fool of me by posting that message but as far as I can interpret things the only fool people will notice is you.

Your teams wants a TIE deal vs ours and even if I considered us to be favorites to win the match I would never consider it even if it might be beneficial for us. Now main reason you offer the deal is that you want to avoid us playing normal or crunch as you think you will win the match then. In your case it is not as lame as it has been when being offered by other teams but does not change my opinion about TIE deals.

I was elected 6 times in a row as I have been the best candidate according to the Swedish users. In most of the elections I have had no serious candidate to beat and then it is not odd that I have been elected again. I failed last season with a weak team and a tough draw. Still should have done better. Three seasons ago I managed to reach quarters in consolidation tourney. Sweden has relatively few users so I think that is a good result. I have also once had an unbeaten team in Consolidation tourney group play with maximized enthusiasm. Also that I consider as a good result. So to say that I have absolutely no result is incorrect in my opinion. I am not saying that I am a good manager but I have had results no matter if they are rather anonymous or non-impressive.

Go back and whine in your own forum. Will be interesting to see how big effort you put into the match. Will get back to you about it after the match as I prefer to not announce if we play crunch, normal or TIE to help other teams now how to plan their matches.

My concideration about deals are that they suck. Play by the rules and respect others who don't agree on your low morale.

Same effort in the match and you win with 23 points. We might have done better with man-to-man defense and maybe it was possible to optimize tactics in other ways as well. But truth is that our chances to win with same efforts were very low.

So fair to offer a TIE deal to us where we will loose no matter how well we choose our tactics.

Still you come here crying over me thinking that your country fellow offers a TIE deal and I respond in a way you did not like.

Or can you please give me a tip on how I possibly could win the match for us with same effort in match. You're the champ so surely you can inform me what I should have done ...

Read once again message of our U21 manager in your post! He asked you for a deal, but didn't specify which deal, TIE-normal is also deal. And I think TIE-normal would give you a chance for equal match. That's why he didn't specify it and it was your choice not play on any deal.

First - show me the paragraph in rules which is against effort deals
Second - it's world-wide game, you can't expect the same morale level in each country of the world, something can look imoral for you, but 90% of BB users can't find it imoral

JAg är inte så säker på att de hade gått med på Normal-TIE, men en sån deal hade vi ju inte förlorat på. Som Rüstü Reçber säger så är inte alla "deals" ensidiga. Man kan såklart fortfarande ogilla hela systemet med deals. Men en normal - tie deal skulle ju faktiskt varit positiv för båda.

Tjeckien som kanske tredjeseedat lag i gruppen var mer eller mindre tvingade att vinna dagens match, så de hade väl inga planer på att lira TIE å riskera att torska mot en Crunch. Utan deal var Normal från deras sida rätt given.

När de lirar normal mot oss har vi minimal chans att vinna. Inte ens med crunch blir vi favoriter när vi dessutom har bortaplan.

Så helt utan kontakt med motståndaren skulle jag säga att det är ca 90% chans att de kör normal. Vi har då väldigt liten chans att vinna matchen. Vill vi verkligen vinna så crunchar vi. Men troligen vill vi inte cruncha å slösa ent.

Säg istället att vi bar ahar TIE å Normal att välja på, å vi råkar veta med säkerhet att Tjeckien kör TIE. Vad väljer vi? Troligen normal...

De ger oss lite större chans att vinna matchen i utbyte mot bättre chans för dem att gå till slutspel.

Vi vet ju ingenting med säkerhet här iofs, å för vårt lilla land så kvittar det egentligen. inte ens nu med vår bästa kull på länge är vi i närheten av att gå till slutspel. Så jag ser egentligen ingen mening med att göra deals, men är det som stor-tjecken säger så var det väl kanske inte så väldans fult av de att vilja göra upp om inställningen innan....

(Israel vs TIE deals)
i dont like them i think in the moment you ask another team to do it you get an edge over the other coach that now have to go easy or if you do not answer the other team go normal and then you have to go normal

yesterday i got asked by Hellas coach abut a tie agreement i say yes and i am going normal vs Tie today i see nothing wrong with the way i react and i will do the same again vs any one who will ask me to go tie i will say sure and then go the way i think will be better for my team to win the game

i do need to say this is my way of looking at things i know other Israeli coaches have bean using Tie agreement in the passed and might do so in the future but as far and the upcoming season offer me Tie it will be on your own risk the

Community in Israel some with me in this state of mind and some do not agree with me so think abut it as one season deal :D after it the next coach will do as he pleased
