I have bought some guards and a PF I want to train as a guard because I have ok bigs compared to my league. What should I train them in.

I know the secondaries are not the best and I was going to train Driving because it is low and seems to help alot in the tactics I use whch is mostly Patient to start with but is this the right choice.

Well I must say that I am not impressed with these trainees, but the one thing they have is potential. Can't tell which is the PF since they are all short. They have to be trained in every thing so really you can't make huge mistakes starting off. Handling and driving trains the fastest so the low driving is not a huge issue. (While single position training with a minimal trainer, I had all three trainees pop twice in driving and twice in handling. I also had one pop in jump shot too.) Fixing the driving problem wouldn't be a bad thing to do first, to get it to a bearable level, but I always am a little partial to defense.

That's the system that I used for a while until I got rid of my trainer. You might have given this advice to me a long time ago. Either that or I did it on instincts. because as long as a PG can pass and defend he alright in my book.
