Yeah the question "I am familiar with the star players, and am not afraid that they will be transferred" dropped from 4.5 balls to 1.5== can this increase back up if my foreign players play well?

This point doesn't depend on your players' performance. You just have less balls there if you transfer players.
Just wait a while and if you don't do too many transfers, it will improve again.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Your ticket prices are way to high for your division, that's 99% of your problem. Having players from other countries won't matter if you're winning and have your prices set correctly.

Look around at all the D3 teams in your country and see what they've set their prices at, that way you won't adjust them too low either.

1. lower ticket price for bleachers to 10-11, 12-13 if u can get both the TV and rival
2. build Courtside Seats, Luxury Boxes NOW! finish before the next home game, build 10-20% more,
3. if u have LV2- for now, higher a LV4PR
4. if u have LV4+ now, u may as well fire her

ticket price, fan suvery, promotion and reglation, the salary of ur opponent, and the importance of the game(CUP, PO) affect the attendance, everything else is not related
