what the point of 17 dribling ? I think theres no real difference between 14 and 17. What do u think ?

You want handling as low as possible (minimum around 14-15 to manage against OD monsters) but you want it low because its very cap and salary expensive. The problem is that even when you dont train it for its whole carreer you will have it high.
