1. i don't think this will come, Marin keep repeaten that the engine doesn't ensure playing 48 minutes, and that it isn't really targeted. So if a change come, i think it would be more drastic

2. it is a coaching principle not a bug.

Ya that is what I and I'm sure others do not like, nor understand why its there.

Why put a feature in (playing 48 minutes) that only works correctly some of the time?

I agree with CrazyEye and Perpete. Not a bug, just a failure of understanding of the substitution principles. Someone should write a guide for that, really.
