Oh... by the way... coach? (whoever-you-may-be... tho' I think I know!)

Your highest salaried player is off the injured list.

I think the point Wolph is attempting to make Perpete is that as a community, we'd prefer someone we know over someone we don't.
We tried recently with an "outsider" for the NT. Was fine when we were winning, but then when we didn't it was just "our fault" that we hadn't trained good players.
Interestingly enough, as soon as we went BACK to a manager from within our league, the team improved considerably performance-wise.

I think YC has more than enough experience, and I trust him to communicate with the team. He has a vested interest in seeing Japan improve... and more than ever before I have a vested interest in it improving as well.
YC has my vote, and I urge other Japanese managers to vote Yellow cake as well.

Aaaah... but that entirely is the key. For the fact that he's playing "in Japan" means that we know what we're getting (YC: with all his glory and warts!), whereas for an "evil foreigner" - we simply rely on promises.
So the key point in it's entirety is that YC "plays-in-Japan". And I suspect that this is precisely why he will win.

Yes indeed, that is correct. Kudos to your ability to keep track of things!
Unfortunately, due to a lack of time life-wise, I cannot keep up with doing it the way I *feel* it should be done. I'd rather not do it than half-ass it.

Cymru's a bit of a different nation tho' to Japan. Whilst I'm quite sure there are capable managers there, none are interested in committing to it.
Here, we have other options.
