I hoped at least the function, of the admistrative system get roughly clear for the reader who was interrest in the gm structure.

And please, if you feel there is a problem with GM or Mod staff, report it through the correct channels. If you feel there is a problem with LA staff concerning the translations which cannot be resolved with talking to them directly, talk to GMs/BBs. If you feel there is a problem with BB staff, well then you may be out of luck but can't hurt talking to them. :-)

Contrary to what has been claimed, reports do not just go away. At least us regular GMs do not even have such powers. Each case is investigated and handled.
