Hey Wolph.....If you get both of his D's up to strong and get 2 pops in passing and some 1 on 1 Fs..he will probably be on the team before the end of the season.....
since you have a level 7 trainer...I think if you did
4 weeks of passing, 2 OD, 2 ID and 3 1 on 1 F's...he could look like this

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: inept
Driving: awful Passing: awful
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: awful

If I were to train him.....
I would do 4 weeks of OD and 2 weeks of passing before the Allstar break...
and then....ID and 1 on 1 F's until the end of the season...
If you could get his OD to strong and then his passing to strong and with the ID and 1 on 1 F's....he would be a sure U-21 team player by 19...

Key thing to remember is that he's training alongside K-Mat & Tim. He's a long-term project. I think I can turn him into something useful for you.

This is tough, I really need a 3rd trainee now. Konoe is capped and 25 so it would be a waste to train him. I am training Nori Satoh this week as it is 2 position training but really he has such bad starting skills & low potential I can't see the point training him.

Shinya Kishita is a MVP but about a season behind in training.

Keisuke Ikouga is great but the price is silly.

Either Wolph or Malice will do a better job with Haruto Mukai so I should stay out although I was consideing a season of inside & just can't see anyone else. He is tempting.

Hey.....if you buy Kishta and get his OD up to strong, he will have a spot on the team....it seems like his main problem is his ID. But it seems like the two things Kishta needs is what you are going to be training..

Not interested in Mukai. For me, I prefer to have a big with a bit more versatility, and with 1s in Pa/Dr, and the 2 in JS... along with being a 19yo, I'm just not there. Especially at north of 500k.

I'd rather keep the guy I drafted, and see how that experiment goes.
