yea, but how? if those teams are champions of their countries? you can't just kick them out of the competition. It's just like in the real life .

Yes it's interesting, but hardly surprising. It's been only a matter of time before someone breaks through with uniquely trained players who switch positions between offense and defense which is the next step after Look inside IMO. That said, I don't think I love Tehran will be able to win B3 with these players, but it's one of the second steps into post-Look inside era. The first one I believe was made by Czech's NT manager and his uniquely trained players, but nobody was taking notes, at least not on forums, because it's NT and not a personal team.

EDIT: Btw, the game was not won by Tehran solely because of tactics he chose, although with these type of players, I don't think he could win with any other tactic. He had more than 20 extra possessions compared to Metallist Kharkov because of his turnovers (17 to 7) and Tehran's offensive rebounds (18 to 4). Without these two, Tehran probably loses.

I'm not sure if this has been suggested, but could having a swiss-system tournament instead of random draw solve this issue?

Well for centers, you have to do this:

Lots of ID, RB and 1 on 1 for SF/PF
Then lots of PA

And that's it. They play on PG/SG in offense and PF/C on defense.

For outside players:

Lots of 1 on 1 for SF/PF, JS and OD (and a bit of PA and JR)
Then lots of IS

Basically you take a traditional skill from every position and switch it up between them (IS for inside players, PA for outside players) while also lowering salaries. So PA goes to inside players and IS goes to outside players. Not to mention you don't need HoFs for that; MVP is more than enough, and Superstar is also ok in some cases.

I posted an idea like this two seasons ago without fearing anyone would copy it because I knew everyone and their mother are so fixated on Look inside. There are some teams that are exceptions to this, but they are already working on their idea.

That said, I don't say my idea is the best and I will beat LI easily. I'm working on it and will see the results after 5-6 seasons. That's why I'm so excited about it - it's something new noone else tried and maybe it will work.
