I could fine the humor in it if I wouldn't have been banned from the forums by him before. And another thing to that GM fellow who was talking about a SENSE OF HUMOR!! 4 seasons ago I was banned from the forums for making a joke that a non-native English speaking GM didn't understand. And I was told that the forums aren't the place for jokes, and that I should say stuff like that in a Federation. So, I am sorry for the lack of a sense of humor when a GM's talks about banning me.

Ok. This release is for the owners of the players on the U-21. Next week we have another scrimmage and then two easy games. So that is 4 trainings(Fridays). So let's get some pops before we play Thailand on December 31st. So this is what are schedule looks like...
Dec. 7th....Training update
Dec. 11th. We play the Kazaks in a scrimmage.
Dec. 14th...Training update
Dec. 17th...World Cup..vs.Saudi A.
Dec. 21st. Training update
Dec. 24th. World Cup Vs. Lubnan
Dec. 28th...Training update
Dec. 31st...World Cup vs. Thailand
These are the most important 3 games. I win these three, we move on into the second round.
Needs
G's: OD,Passing,driving,JR
SF: OD,ID,REB,IS,driving,passing
PF/C: IS,ID,REB,Driving,OD,Passing

I haven't decided on this yet but I was thinking of maybe choosing a U-21 player of the season and maybe hooking the owner up with a 3 month supporter. My criteria would be training pops(not all pops being equal). For example..OD/ID/Passing/REB would hold more weight than a driving pop. Also in game performance would be huge. I will start keeping track this Friday. Good Luck!

Training Pops Worth
OD-ID-REB= 1.25

Passing-SB-JR-IS= 1.0

JS-Driving-Handles= 0.75

I would also punish bad GS.....I would probably do something with minutes..under 48 or over 80 would be -1.....also weeks at level 9 would be +1.

Not sure if it should involve monitary value though....

It is more of an incentive....I already have 4 of the 15 players over 75 minutes and one at 96....so it really isn't a monitary thing, three months of support for the game. Think of it as a donation.

Lots of great ideas here. I don't know if a donation is needed but even just praising guys like KingPan, selzer, JURIANA, Fendt18, Hijiki, Izaman & Mizik would be great. Maybe we can do something to praise them like publish their teams in the press announcements etc. Maybe I could do interviews with them. Would that be good?

Well. I sent a BBmail to all the owners and got replies back from almost all of them.(all of the Nippon managers replied). Don't worry. If they keep their players in good GS and they pop a lot...praise will come.

I really don't think any of my U-21 players are owned by Farm teams....and Farm teams don't care about GS..and that will be a huge point getter. and another thing...in game is going to be huge too....not just the training..
