I dont understand how you chose these 50 players...Why is this player in the list (15064112) and this is not (7558003) ?

It's very subjective list.

Jozef Tydlacka (12245808) , Miloslav Dubravcák (9697598)

Why are not these players on the list of candidates?
They are the backbone of the team that finished second at the World Cup.....

Well, he manged to play in Estonia's cup quarter final, Best player in NT, and MVP of Estonia's 1st league. 25,8 PPG and 16,5 RPG. And he played in B3 games the first one didn't play there. The first player wasn't even MVP in 4th league...
