Plus, I honestly think there are too many random factors thrown in together in the crowd sourcing project that the data is all messed up. It's reliable to some extend, but I've found it to be inaccurate plenty of times now.
That's the way I view it too. Don't get me wrong, all this data being collected is a very good thing and definitely helps understand how training works much better but it shouldn't be taken as the absolute gospel. It's still just a small sample and should be only taken as an estimate. And I'll tell you, this hasn't driven the prices of level 5 trainers down either. They're still going for crazy high prices on the market these days.
