Sorry about that. This is proving to be a harder problem to solve than was initially expected. I still believe it can be fixed though.

I know this is better suited for the suggestions, but would it be possible at some point to have the tactics selection and the effort used be included in the play by play at the start of the game, so if the boxscores are unavailable for hours, we can at least see the tactical choices and effort levels?

I don't mind an occasional suggestion if it will help fix or circumvent a hard and recurring issue like this. I'll take it into consideration but will focus my efforts on trying to fix this properly first, having your suggestion as a fallback option.
