I think don't he will be dynamic, but he can still be very very good. B+ caliber can be A caliber when all said and done. If you train him right. The game is based on levels.

Quite a flop,

5/4 A+ SF, 18y, 6'4 not bad if he turns out to be a superstar
5/4 A C, 18y, 7'0 doesn't seem exciting, maybe I can sell if he has some secondaries and superstar
4/4 B+ SF, 18y, 6'8 This B+ and SF sounds somewhat encouraging, perhaps I can sell if superstar and solid skills

Anyway, better luck next season

Fun thing: This is a third season in a row I'm getting a 18y 5/4 A+ small forward. First one turned out to be p.allstar, so I decided not to train, sold him for 300k. Previous season, I didn't get him, because of the low drafting position. Let's see what happens with this season's guy. I'll play with salary calculators later, but I don't think he's the player I'm looking for.

I'd gladly take that draft and train all 3... but that's just me.

To scout & interview all 48 players = 135 points.

0 - Don't do the combine, as you get that information from the interviews.
10 - Group Demonstration to scout the bottom 19
29 - individually scouting the others
96 - to interview each of the 48

Now, after doing the initial scouting, you are very unlikely to interview all 48, as some will only be 1 or 2 star; some may not even consider 3 star worth interviewing. So really it would cost 39 points to scout all 48 plus 2x however many guys you feel are worth interviewing.

Ye I know what you mean.. However, I've been training 3 guy for a while now. 4 and a half seasons, actually. I can't bother to start from scratch, with average trainees.

If I'm ever going to train again, it's going to be with a top tier trainee, and drafted by me.

Well, what I mean was maximum investment, 14*4=56. I did combine+group demo+scout 18y olds. Then there was still about 14 points to interview 7 guy with best star rating.
