I would suggest learning the tactics of them and how they plays. The best way to beat someone is learn their players.Get some young players good skills and set the bench with vets. This will cause a nice blend of hell when you play them the majority of the time they wont line the bench. you say you have good center and he scores mass poins.t l I would suggest a playing low post and push the ball. with good passing/scoring pg. You might not beat them the 1st few times but it will come.
