Good teams in this league for sure. I threw it at Phi and he held it nicely... and my guards salary is about to increase a bunch. (in other words, my team is pretty good when i let them play and he won easily)

Actually I don't think you are doing anything wrong. You are talking to a guy who never ever made it to div III. You can see how long I've been playing and you would be shocked. You have a great team and it is just the fact there is 3 good teams in our division and we are so busy beating each other up, the team in the other division has a huge advantage in the championship. You and Phi is always going to be a dogfight against me.
