Yes, I train every Friday. I have a trainer so I try to keep him busy.

every team has a trainer (even if a lvl1) and a set training regime (even if a default one like game shape), thus everybody "trains" every friday.

however, training usually means having a decent level trainer (4+) and young (18-23) players with decent skills and high potential (perennial all star+) playing 48min+/week in one position (e.g. playing PG if passing training) in order to maximize the effect of training.

Maybe that is training according to its usual meaning... but it is also training in the WRONG meaning for a new team, wrong in at least two points..

setting up a training is the basics. buzzerbeater 101. of course you won't have funds to buy 18yo hall of famers with 70 TSP right in the beginning, but you can get some very trainable allstars/perenial all stars for 100-200k and sell them by a couple of millions each 3-5 seasons later. or instead of selling them you can use them in your rosters. 2 million players for the price of 200k. you choose. but if you think daytrading is the right thing to do, well, best of luck, you'll need it.
