Ronaldo hold Portugal to the final
Debatable considering they won the final without him. We have proof that the Cavs without LeBron sucked really bad. We don't have proof of what the Thunder would be without Westbrook, but I suspect that with competent PGs they would not be anywhere as bad as the worst teams in the league. We actually have proof that Portugal without Ronaldo was good enough to win that final, because the won it, same as the Lakers without Kareem. It's so simple.
Euro 2016
F group, last game vs Hungary. He scored 2 goals to tie the match and qualify Portugal.
1/2 Final, he opened the score vs. Welsh winning the eliminatory.
Debatable? I don´t think so.
If you know a tem with more than 11 (maybe 12) European Champions, who was won 2 of the last 3 editions, recognized as the Best Team of XX Century, please tell it to all of us.
Lolol look at Madrid fans holding on to those 50s titles and failing to understand the difference between team and club. Bulls '96 and '97, Warriors '16, Lakers '87 and '72, Celtics '86, Pistons '89, are the best NBA TEAMS ever. The Lakers and the Celtics are the best NBA CLUBS/franchises ever, obviously...
You can prefer Bulls or Lakers, but only C´s the best franchise:)
Nowadays Messi is a great midfield while Cristiano is the best striker over the world.
Trololol, suuuure.
Messi: 29 games, 31 goals (4 penalties) and 8 assists
Suarez: 31 games, 24 goals (0) and 12 assists
Ronaldo: 25 games, 19 goals (6 penalties) and 6 assists
As it happens, not only Ronaldo is far worse than 2 'midfielders', but if you take out the penalties Ronaldo isn't even the best striker on his own team, as Morata has a better scoring average.
Stats don't lie!
This is my favourite poitn LOL LOL LOL
