I am working with the spanish NT staff, and it is a great experience. You can learn a lot, it is a great atmosphere. You are expecting for the next Monday, and discussing the best options with the rest of the people. I think that BB should try that managers get more involve with NT, this would make that the number of users decrease slowlier, and make stronger relations between managers.

I also suggested to BB that utopian players with STP>130 can play with National Teams. They would be elected in inverse order to the ranking. But every NT could choose only one utopian player at most. This would help small countries to become a little bit more competitive. Managers would learn a lot, too. (But I like your idea too).

And something similar might be done with players from big countries and 130>STP>120: if they are not elected to play with their NTs the first match, they might be chosen from those countries with lower ranking too.

One or two good players would not change the winner of international competitions, but these games would be much more interesting and challenging.

It would be better to create the Utopian NT.

If by better you mean it would make an even bigger joke of Utopia than the idea of Utopia itself then yes, it would be better in that sense. However, unless something has changed since I last did geography, Utopia is not a nation or a country, or even a principality so I think this is a total non starter.

Since we're stating personal beliefs rather than interesting ideas I'll just say that (IMO) it would be better to remove Utopia from the game altogether.

Failing that, giving the draftees to the smaller nations seems to be the best idea all round to avoid Utopia being more of a nonsense than it has been since it was "invented."

All nations are human inventions. UtopĂa is not different in that regard.

In that regard I agree. In every other regard, there's an enormous difference, which I'm sure you can see too.
