Man, Nice trainee. You did a great job training this player. Well Balanced. I enjoy training SF types. Currently I have a legit PG and a high offensive SG. I'm finishing the season boosting JS for a few of my outside trainees and then next season start back into Bigs training. I will probably get blasted in D3 until I get my SF/PF trained up better on Defense. Both of your trainees look great, i just saw where one sold for 800k...or near that. You planning on starting over training or are you going to get a Max or near Maxed player?

Thanks. I'm going to start over next season. I would like to train US born players next and then keep those ones and try to promote with them in a few seasons. I'll probably do 6 trainees (3 US born & 3 foreign) and train SF/PF half way through their age 19 season. Then I'll sell the 3 worst trainees and continue on with the others and reevaluate from there. I have 1 more trainee to sell after this one. He's more of an outside based SF but has a higher potential.

Nice plan man...Big Luck to ya. I've been playing this game for a few yrs now. Bankrupt a team well into D3. At least now I have a decent arena built to accommodate multiple big salaries while still building up big men skills over the next few seasons.

Thanks...good luck to you to. I started playing in season 11 I think it was, maybe 12, but left after the season ended. It was just to slow for me at the time. Came back season 38 in the middle of the season. Decided to quit and try to start right before season 40 started to get fresh trainees.

For the new people here, promoting to D3 isn't difficult really, but its pointless if you don't have a fully built arena, the funds, and talent to stay there and beyond for the long haul. I promoted after season 41 with a roster below the salary floor, but lasted only 1 season in D3. I lost the season 43 finals on purpose because I had 6 18 year old trainees, no money, and my arena was only 12k at the time. If anyone new has any questions feel free to ask.

Man you got paid good for the trainees. I'm looking forward to seeing how you train your new trainees. I have the rest of this season and part of next season for JS and then start my big guy training with Miguel as my main trainee to be a badass small forward and beef up Mariyan and Barr to be stud power forward type over the next few seasons.

Thanks. I can post the 4 season training plan I used if you want. I made about 3.8 million off of those three. Add in the other 3 trainees I had and sold 3 seasons ago I made just over 4. I didnt want to do it and it was probably a waste of money, but I bought the 4 million arena upgrade. I won't make money off of it for about 3 real life years (or never) but I make an additional 23 to 26k a week in merch. The weekly savings is the reason why I bought it to essentially pay for my lvl 3 gym and eventual training court every week. I don't plan on promoting again until this time next year so I might as well spend the money now while its there.

Sure thing man...share away. One thing I haven't understood well is the arena build on. I have a 19k seat arena and now I need to add on?

Your arena is fine. The max attendance for a game is 22 to 23k. So ideally arenas that I have found are 15k bleachers 5k lower tier, 500 courtside, and 50 luxury boxes. From here people decide whether to build more courtside or bleachers. I'm going to build more bleachers next and then I'm done. My arena will be 15,500, 5,550, 500, and 50 for a total of 21,600.

For my 6 trainees here's what I did.

Age 18: 1v1 Forwards all season

Sold my three worst trainees at the end of the season/kept the 3 trainees that were similar height. Based on height decided small forwards were the ideal build

Age 19:
Weeks 1,8, & 14 JS G (only 2 two games those weeks)
Weeks 2-7, 9-10 ID
Weeks 11-13 IS

Age 20:
Weeks 1,8, & 14 JS G (only 2 two games those weeks)
Weeks 2-7, 9-10 OD
Weeks 11-13 JR

Age 21:
Weeks 1 & 8 JS G (only 2 two games those weeks)
Weeks 2-5 JR
Weeks 6-7, 9-11 PA

Pretty much after doing 1v1 F. Their driving/handling was at lvl 11 or 12. I just trained ID, IS, & OD until it equaled DR & HD. Then trained JR and PA until it equaled JS.

Here is what I used;
Trainer: lvl 5
Youth trainer: lvl 6
Gym: lvl 3 (not until all-star week of this season)

Gabriele went from 62 tsp to 106, bought for $20,000 sold for $1,285,250 (Thanks!)
Stefanoni went from 58 tsp to 101 bought for $3,000 sold for $813,000
Heredia went from 57 tsp to 103 bought for $51,000 sold for $1,610,200

The reason why I think they went for more than I thought is because they were all really balanced and their salary was super low for their tsp leaving a lot of room to still train them. I'll be interested to see what their salary is for next season. I wouldn't be surprised if Gabriele gets to 120+ tsp before capping for an allstar potential player.

This is an awesome little blueprint for building SF types of players which is totally great to have a few on the team, then you can purchase an already built big man and compete in higher divisions. Very NICE well put info man....ya sound like you have a solid plan going forward.
Currently I am doing JS for a few and see how things fall into place next season as I need to train ID, IS pretty much how you outlined with your methods.
Really good stuff...i will dm you current builds for a few of my trainees.
