Yeah... That was brutal. Did a couple guys fouling out salvage some minutes for game shape? Or was it too late and the damage was done?

I see a league average of 55k/week for staff salaries. When mine get above 35k I start to freak out. What is making them so high and why am I doing the staff wrong?

It's probably relative to training. It is hard to get a good trainer and maintain low staff salaries.

Got it. My original team I remember having an "exceptional" trainer alot. This go around I've exclusively had an "advanced" trainer. Always have a decent doctor and I've never bought a PR guy. Anyone dabble in the new additonal staff?

I added one of the youth trainers and have like a 50k/week trainer, so I'm at least somewhat responsible for this. Last season my staff costs were like 12k at the most- gameshape or FT training, plus a level 2 doctor and a 1 or 2 in PR.
