There are a lot of forum posts you can read to work out training and picking the right players. It takes time though so most people quit before they get any good.

I felt with my team like Moose, ive been competitive for a while but couldnt break into the next Division. Pretty much a level behind the top. Held onto my team and couldnt progress coz of finances... now stuck with 30 + yr olds worth f all haha

Haha. I have been there too a couple of time. I now try and turn my players over before they reach 29.

I would just work out how many games you need to win to stay in this league, then work out how you can do that. Pick your battles and don't attempt to win every game. Red the rules and make sure you understand the tactics etc. Good luck.

Thanks for the tip, though one thing i wanted to get an opinion on is why does everyone seem to have a stacked starting lineup and then a trash second 5? i get training up and selling for cash etc but what about when you want to go for the title? is this a better strategy then having a bit more balanced lineup?
