I got to the B3 quarters mostly on the strength of my outside tactics and I was unbelievably stupid to play Look Inside in the game I lost... I was trying for surprise when I really should have played to my strength and stayed outside.

In any case, I train outside stuff, my best players are outside players, and my tactics are usually outside tactics. I don't think this disadvantages me either domestically or in competitions like the B3.

ok so if you 2 trust your outside attack, why you changed your mind, and played inside?

to surprise your oponents? I think you also aware that playing inside is better tactic

and rebounds are very important, but is conecting with big guys and playing/defending inside

I don't want to be to polemic, just bring down some thougts. Maybe BBB semifinalist will play outside tactics ;)

vječna dilema, da li je bolje zabiti koš više ili primiti koš manje?

Playing inside is only a better tactic if your opponent has bad inside defense. Look at my B3 game against Boston Celtics. His guards are terrible, and his inside game is one of the best in the world. He barely beat me at his place and I was way out-manned inside.

It is better to have a well rounded team (and to have home court advantage)

Inside teams are very easy for me to play against cause I can easily go 2-3 zone and boost my rebounding AND inside defense. For an inside team to defend against an outside team he has to give up rebounding, while the outside team is gaining rebounding.

So, I believe, that having an outside team with great rebounding and good inside defense is the "best tactic".

Agreed. And, as an inside-oriented team, I find this terribly annoying! :)

Not many teams in BB have a good perimeter defense, so my answer is sort of.

Ha - his guards are terrible??
Well despite my loss the previous round to him (on the buzzer) I did the opposite of what most people have said in this thread and went Look Inside after I normally opt to push the ball or Run & Gun... I almost matched his stats all over the park and this was again with him having HCA....
I think i was punching above my weight a bit - but I wouldve fancied a home draw v you in the next round!!
