the intention was 2 take money out of the system. so... i have to say it works.
if u want to have a lvl5 coach or higher u have to wait till u got enough money.

usually i don't like the reference to hattrick, but still i'm sure some of u guys play it. in hattrick u also have to wait until u get 9or10cos or a solid coach with some leadership.

back to bb: i think u are still competitiv with a lvl4 coach, and those ones are absolutely payable, also in purchase and wage.

But this viruses ability of replicate the wages is wrong and unbeareble in long term...more, it's totally unrealistic. And unrealistic is also the auction to hire a new coach.


Hey there, these are your strongest arguments for "fix" a "problem". I still don't think that the changes were wrong. Why? Why not?

As i said below Idon't dislike the new system, but only the 2 features in question.

well, i'm not a fan of the weekly-increasing-wages as well.

in my opinion the wage of a trainer, doctor, pr should be increase/decrease at the end of each season, based on the prestations of the team (in other words: the fan survey)
this seems imho more 'realistic' and better. That way every manager can deceide at the end of the season if he wants to pay the higher wage of his specialist or if he wants to invest money in another specialist.

I think it 's good thing that BB's force us to make choices for our teams.
Do you want that new LVL5 coach? You have to open your wallet for it, so you can't use that money for other investments.
Top teams get the top available because of better income. Low div teams can't have it all.

Long term planning is encouraged by the gradual increase in wage. You know approx how much the staff will ask within months. So don't forget to adapt your financial planning to that. Having financial problems because of that, is a matter of bad management. If you're a decent manager you can pay the wages/transfer sum on the moment you planned.

cause the new system is very good. it was a very smart move!

if you cant pay a level 5 coach and you are not able to compete in your league without a level 5, then the other managers in your league are just better than you cause they have to use the same staff system. No reasons to start whining.

a system where everyone is able to have one of the best coaches available doesnt make sense. Cause the quality of the coaches are relative. if everyone has got the best coach available, you have only the average one. So why even have level 2,3 and 4 coaches???

furthermore it is important that the wages raise over time, otherwise you only need to hire one coach in a life time, so u never need to worry again about your coach. this would be VERY boring

Managers who can't adapt to the gradual increase of the wage at the moment will definitely not know what happens to them if a staff member asks a huge increase in wage.
And at the end of the season every manager would face this increase, which would cause huge transfer sums of the staff members on the staff market.
The system as it is now is more balanced.

I don't know if this better sytem: wages are fixed after signing new staff member but their skill will start to decrease with low pace. If your trainer drops one whole level it may be wise to hire new trainer if higher skill is wanted.

Right now in BB the staff skills stay same and don't have sublevels. Other way is imo more realistic but I even can't say which way I prefer:) I am also happy with current system and for many reasons it is better to have one system for long term, not changing over couple of seasons.

BTW this has been discussed before. BB's do not want everyone to have lvl5 trainer + his wage raising keeps the market active all the time. It a little funny that you say that you need it to be competitive:) So the price for lvl5 trainer is high only for you or other teams in your league have their staff salary frozen?:) L2manage.

I'm not saying that I'm not able to manage this wage, I gain 35-38k at week so put away the argument that I'm not capable.

Next season I'll have troubles with the incremented wages of my players, and I'll take care of this also; but wages for players are a thing, eternal increase of the specialists are another...it's unrealistic and ennoying.

Coaches of loosing team (let's say... a 2-19 team) maybe had the wage doubled in a season, it's this simulating something?
Difficulties have to be realistic, if not put an armageddon counter and say that every week you have to spend 5k more just because a good manager has to be able to confront with all difficulties...
