but it make no sense. a young hall of famer should pop faster then other players, not slower ?!

No, potential does not affect training speed in itself.

A player that hasn't reached his potential cap will train at the same speed regardless of potential.

are you serious ?!
that message was send two weeks ago. after that i left the OD training and start with OS training. before that i trained OD for 4 or 5 weeks.
next time please check things better before calling me a lier.

Hi there,
I have same problem with Atila Mahdavi (2577870)
He has allstar Potential, he is 23 years old
He had trained pressure for 5 or 6 weeks and he had got full training time

but there was no rising in his OD skill
I supposed he reached the maximum of his potential
is it right? may someone help me?

With this salary and potential it is highly probable that he already reached his cap.. it means he will still receive training and get better, but slower. It would also be nice to know how much it slows, so if you are going to train him anyway, you can send your results or findings to "Training speed analysis" thread, it would be useful for the whole comunity.
